I WAS AT THE STORE TO TAKE SOME PICS TO SHOW TO MY NIECE SO THEY COULD CHOOSE WHICH SHOULD I BUY FOR THEM. I ASKED PERMISSION BEFORE TAKING PICS TO ONE OF THEIR STAFF.

ONE RUDE STAFF STOPPED ME AND TOLD ME I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES IN A VERY LOUD MANNERS. SHE WAS REALLY RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL. THE APPROACH CREATED A SCENE AND EVEN ASKED ME TO DELETE THE PICTURE IN FRONT OF HER TO SATISFY HER, SHE EVEN CALLED A MANAGER TO CONFIRM WITH MANAGER THAT HERE ACTIONS WAS RIGHT. THE MANAGER BY DUE RESPECT APOLOGIZE TO ME, BUT HIS STAFF DID NOT.

HOW BAD IT IS THAT YOU LOVE TO BUY GIFTS FROM COACH FOR YOUR LOVE ONES AND THEN BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL.

JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE WANTS THE PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE STAFF WILL NOT EXERT AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. SO HUMILIATING AND DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

The founders of the couch company were racist and profited through institutional practices.

As a coach employee, there is a no photo policy. Same with any other designer retailer.

I work for C :sigh Coach and taking pictures is not a issue. Expecially with regular customers.

When foreign customers arrive and want to take pictures you know that they are there for insignificant reasons, but your right, you have been shopping there for years and wanting to take a few pics of handbags shouldn't have been a problem.

They are a very racist company, I've seen it in action and there no reason why they are losing money rapidly and losing their customers to Michael Kors. They deserve the downfall.

Racism? Really?

Your rant does not contain one single solitary shred of racism. It does not even contain a theoretical explanation as to why you think you were a victim of racism. What it does in fact contain is that you are of the opinion that you received horrible customer service and that you were wrongfully accused of something. If you are going to pull the "racisim card" you best the *** have details to back it up.

What race are you? What was her race? Was it just your assumption that it was racisim because you were not of the same race? You want to know what racisim is?

It's the federal government forcing minorities into housing projects, putting kids into "programs" where they are certain to fail, putting kids into failing public educational systems and teaching them to be dependent on everyone else for the remainder of their lives. Want another example? Companies being forced to hire based on race and not qualification is racisism!

Affirmative action is the ultimate example of racisism and actually hurts the people in which it was supposedly put in place to protect. You ma'am/ sir are a pathetic individual for pulling the race card and are a blistering *** for buying a garbage product that costs 20 times more than its actually worth.

You are ignorant for even posting this response. Coach has *** purses and customer service.

It's obvious that you must be one of "their" *** employees to compliment the *** cheap purses that you sell.

Go back to school and pursue a real career. Not one peddling handbags.

You sound like your texting while you drive. Anyway I will tell all you geniuses this.

Coach, is the 2nd company I would "invest" in had they gone public. The other company I already own shares in because it franchises yet is a private trade. I made a really bad investment on December 14th that crippled me til just now. Im sure you all heard of the medical product that never got FDA approval but was supposed to kill it once it hit.

I lost 9,247 over night, my business partner lost 8,000 and my friend who happens to have no legs, or arms lost 20k. I was expecting from a very smart advisors projection to return 27,000 in 3 quarters. 3 times my money, and it was a sure thing.

Well sad to say. Some people have lost theyre entire life from this *** lying company, who I cant say, but Im sure some1 here lost on it

Coach does not tend to mind if you take a picture of individual bags to send to someone to get an opinion. They have a problem when a customer takes a picture of a whole display.

The company has a large problem with groups buying in large quantities and then reselling them.

It is a common practice for these groups to send an individual in to take pictures of the whole store scouting product. This may help you understand the reaction.

FACT: Last month, Wal-Mart placed last among department and discount stores in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, the sixth year in a row the company had either tied or taken the last spot.

I am curious what your idea of index is? For instance if a week ran Wednesday to tuesday and your most recent 4 weeks sales average for your technology software company was 109,000 per week for 4 weeks.

The 4 weeks before that was 94,000, but the same 8 weeks compared to the year prior roughly 81,879.

Tell me wal mart. What is your "index" Take your time, and grab a calculator

She could have had you arrested. The no pictures rule applies to ALL customers, not just black ones.

Stop using the race card to get out of breaking the law.

And yes, it is against the law to take pictures in a store without permission. Coach has a strict rule about this, and everyone knows it.

I was not aware that it was not allowed to take pictures, If I was, then I would not put myself in that situation I abide the rules and have not break any rules. its not about race, its about how you treat people.

She would have at least approach me nicely instead of making a scene. You probably does not have a heart to treat people.

They have a heart to protect their property. They do not have to be nice to people who break the policies. Every reasonable person knows, as common sense tells them, that it is wrong to take pictures of items in a store. If you somehow missed the clue, they do have signs in every Coach store I have ever been that explicitly states that no pictures are allowed.

And it is not just Coach. Walmart, Kmart, JCPenney, Dillards, Belk, Footlocker, Nike, etc. None allow it.

You sound like one of those people who have to be told everything or have a sign for everything. "What do you mean I can't take a *** in the middle of the floor? There is not sign that says I can't"

Who said that we are NOT allowed to take picture in the Coach stores? I did and even been suggested by at least one of their staff to take picture to show to a friend back home when I was in the exact situation like the original poster. I can proof you that I have few pictures taken in the Coach store and that was taken WITH permission.
