Coach - Does not stand by warranty and product
Received beautiful leather gloves and the lining is detaching from the inside. Warranty states one year replace or repair.
I sent the gloves to Coach and the reply I received was that they were not reparable, we are sorry. The letter contained a note that I can take 40% off next purchase. NOW REALLY, would there be a next purchase with this poor customer service and not honoring warranty. Prior item was sunglasses.
Poorly made that the arm touched the lens when closed and scratched the lens. I had them made into prescription sunglasses.
Coach would not replace the lens or send another comparable product. They are not the company they were and don't deserve the name COACH which was quality and service.....BUYER BEWARE...WHAT YOU BUY IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU BUY IT......
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Coach Cons: Quality warranty not honored.

After writing my registration numbers #UOJ-10619 for peeling and strap issues to a model also with strap stitching issues got a call claiming my bags that I paid $20 a piece for repairs may not be returned to no registration numbers ??? got receipts for repairs with registration numbers but no manager was there.Young incompetent workers going back for refund and my Coach bags to get a real repair from a tailor.No time for idiots who can't do their jobs.
