Coach - Lesson learned
I agree - I won't be purchasing any more Coach products. For the price you pay, the quality is not there.
I had my Coach purse for about three years when I started having problems. The stitching on the loop that holds the strap to my purse kept breaking on one side. I took it to a shoe repair place to have them stitch it back twice , but it kept happening on that one side. When I finally decided to take it to the Coach store they told me that they wouldn't repair it at all because it was patent leather.
Really? Because the price wasn't discounted because it was "patent leather" and they sure didn't post any type of disclaimer before I purchased it at the high price. Nope...I've moved on to other manufacturers.
They can keep their products. I donated it to Goodwill.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Coach Cons: Repair service.
