I bought $500 worth of coach shoes from macys.I literally wore twice when Iron/Metal thing popped out of the shoes and was hurting my ankle.

They did not exchange or refund me for those shoes. Never buying coach again. This was the worst customer service ever! (I did reach out to them within 30 days of the purchase and was still not eligible for any kind of refund or exchange) I understand shoes needs to be unworn and new however, this was the manufacturing defect.

how else would I have figure out.I really hope they read these reviews and get back to me with some solution
