I have been a Coach customer for a very long time. Because they are a very high end known company, their customer service isn’t what it used to be.
As expensive as their product is, you would think they would put their loyal customers first!!!
It’s all about making a sell not keeping their loyal customers happy. I would advise Coach customers to invest in other brands, Burberry, Louis Vuitton are some suggestions!!!
There are many visible scratches on both sides of the leather at the top part of the purse where the additional pockets are. It also shows where the handle is worn off. I took it to Coach Outlet 13000 Folsom #706 in Folsom, CA. They tried to condition the leather, but this didn't work.
They claimed it was due to wear and tear. However, it's only been 4.5 months and the purse has not been used constantly.
I called their corporate office and they wanted me to send it at my own cost. Beware, Coach customers, for what they charge for these purses, there are terrible return and warranty restrictions.

Terrible Customer Service!
The Coach store refused to answer their phone today. Once at the store at 6:45, I found a sign that said they closed early!
I had a furious, freezing cold walk back to my car!
So rude!!! Terrible!!!

This was the worst experience I ever had with an online order in my whole life!!! I never even received my purse.
First it was going to the wrong address, then it was supposedly reshipped to the correct address, then it was out of stock. Needless to say I never received the purse. I just got off the phone with them, and they are suppose to process my refund, but the way things have gone, it will probably be an issue with my refund as well.
Horrible freaking experience. Im so pissed because I ordered the wallet to match so I have a wallet but no purse.

Continually damaged bags and poor customer service
- - Bags arrived poorly packaged with scuffed color and defects.
- - No replacement hangtag after $500; customer service was poor except one associate.
I have received multiple bags that were poorly packaged, obviously returned by other customers after use and poor quality item. Its not ok to have color/leather rubbed off in spots of your leather surface on a brand new bag.
To get bags with obvious scuffs. Bags with wrinkled zipper leather or indentions in the leather, all straight out of the box.
And its not ok to largely receive little to no or poor customer service, with the exception of one SA.
I saw threads of people saying even for bags they saw second hand they were sent replacement metal hang tags. I spent over $500 on a bag through them directly among many other purchases and wasnt able to get any type of replacement hangtag. Not even for purchase but certainly not as a courtesy, yet people not even buying from them receive that courtesy.
I 100% do not recommend coach. And by proxy, no brands they own.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Repaired bag by attaching a large loop handle that is not even the color of my bag & then reattached the arm handles by putting a slice in the bag & sticking them into the bag.
Not happy w/it but it’s useable. Won’t b buying anymore coach
I got a back pack - used it 3 times & the lil handle on top gave way on a trip & u werent even able to put it on ur back, arm or anything. Got home, sent it in for repair-cost me $36! They dont send u a label for their broken crap. Get this-they want $75 now to fix their crap & im prob gonna hear after they repair it that they want shipping to send it bk to me.
Save your money-buy Gucci or ChanelDolce is prob even better!
Look at my bag below-its pristine. I shouldnt b pay n $75 for a repair & $36 for shipping.
