Sent bag in for repair - they want $75!
Ill be blunt - loved their products. I spent $300-500 every cpl mos.
I got a back pack - used it 3 times & the lil handle on top gave way on a trip & u werent even able to put it on ur back, arm or anything. Got home, sent it in for repair-cost me $36! They dont send u a label for their broken crap. Get this-they want $75 now to fix their crap & im prob gonna hear after they repair it that they want shipping to send it bk to me.
Save your money-buy Gucci or ChanelDolce is prob even better!
Look at my bag below-its pristine. I shouldnt b pay n $75 for a repair & $36 for shipping.

The manager and sales rep help resolve my issue with professional kindness and great customer service. I left with a smile and a great feeling of coach outlet store, called my daughter and 5old her of my experience and best friend!haha! Made my day!.
Did I ever , the sales rep Janis help me with a continued smile and patience, then Erik came to make sure things were going as they should , and assured me they could straighten things out, I was there at least a half an hour, but these to young people continually showed nothing but patience and professionalism kindness! Thank you for hiring such people, and I just wanted to let you know your store in Auburn wa outlet is in very capable hands!
