Coach - Uninspired and Ignorant Response to a Simple Repair Request
I am dumbfounded. I sent my Coach purse to have a handle replaced because the red leather had literally cracked in half.
They sent it back to me as unrepairable? What? Replace the handle? Loosen the little leather rivets and put a new one handle on my bag?
Doesn't Coach have buckets of little red leather handles laying about? I've owned Coach bags for years and I am aghast at the perfunctory and uninspired approach they took toward what was clearly a simple repair.
I sent in my bag for repair. they sent it back saying, "sorry not repairable."
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: I simply want Coach to repair my bag. heck, I'm happy to pay for it. I'd also like them to reconsider their pedestrian approach toward preserving their products..
