Not resolved

I purchased a sale clutch and after I paid for the item I was told I could not return it. It was final sale.

Bad customer service, I should have been told this prior to purchase. I immediately returned the item which they did because I had not even left the store. Now the problem. They are refusing to process the return.

They keep telling me it is in the process. Yet it does not appear. Customer service at all levels is horrible.

In store and customer care call centre. I have a return receipt but they refuse to actually process it onto my credit card.
